I've been thinking about this problem for a long time.
A few years ago, I watched a colleague spend 45 minutes on a sales call, with a phone interpreter relaying every sentence back and forth. The call ended without a deal — not because the product wasn't right, but because the conversation never found its rhythm.
Language barriers in professional settings are one of those problems that everybody knows exists, but nobody has quite solved. That's what we're here to change.
Vozway is a web-based calling app with AI-powered real-time translation built directly into the call.
You open a browser. You invite your client. You talk. Vozway handles the rest — each person hears the conversation in their own language, as it happens.
No interpreters to schedule. No third-party service to interrupt the flow. No download required.

Two things have converged to make this possible in 2025:
First, the models are finally good enough. Large language models and specialized translation models have reached a level of accuracy and context-awareness that makes real-time translation genuinely reliable — including for technical language, domain-specific terminology, and nuanced conversation.
Second, latency has dropped dramatically. Real-time translation requires speed. The infrastructure to do this in under a second — in a browser — now exists. We're building on top of it.
We're currently building Vozway with a small team, and we'll be onboarding our first group of early users in the coming months. Here's a preview of what's coming at launch:
